Product Descriptions and Colours

We strive to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colours displayed on your screen are for reference only and may not perfectly reflect the actual colours of the finished pieces. Variations can occur due to individual monitor settings.

Since all glazes are hand-mixed and applied, slight differences may appear between products, even when the same glaze is used. Additionally, natural variations in colour and texture may result from temperature changes during the firing process or the positioning of each piece within the kiln.

Pick Up

If you live in the Canberra region, you can choose to collect your order instead of paying delivery fees. The shipping rate will automatically be applied in the first stage of checking out. When you proceed to payment, please select the option to contact us regarding local pick up. We can then arrange pick up and location details via email.

Shipping

We provide a flat shipping rate of $15 per order. All of our packaging materials are recyclable or biodegradable.

Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us.

Delivery Tracking and Timeframes

Orders normally ship within 2-3 business days. Shipment tracking is available for all orders. Currently, most orders from the east coast metropolitan areas arrive within 2-5 business days of shipping, while some regional and remote areas and locations in SA, WA and NT may take up to two weeks. Delivery date estimates are good faith estimates only.

Please note: once your order has been shipped, you cannot change your shipping address or cancel the order.

International Shipping

Unfortunately international shipping is not available at this time.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. If you find there is a problem with your order please contact us by email so that we can find a solution.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please keep the package and send us an email with a photo of the damaged piece and package within 24 hours of receiving your order.
